A scouting system designed around the archetypes and scheme fits of a player, kicking the boring, thoughtless 'one size fits all' way of scouting and grading players. In football, different traits matter more/less based on the type of player a player is, and the scheme's they may find themselves playing in - Suited Scouting illustrates that.

'True' Stats/Efficiency
A stat-line designed to put players in a box, tallying what should've happened based on an individual's decision and effectiveness instead of what actually happened - eliminating negatives completely out of a player's control that prevented a result from transpiring.
